Q: Is there a dress code for dining at Grist?

There is no dress code! Just come in and eat.

Q: Will there be servers or is it self-service?

There are no servers at Grist. Place your order at the front counter and a chef will bring your food out to you.

Q: Do you do lunch reservations or only dinner?

We only do dinner reservations. If you would like lunch, you can order online and pick it up.

Q: Do I need experience to attend the cooking class?

No experience necessary! We teach you everything from knife etiquette to pasta stuffing.

Q: Why do you close at 3p just to open again at 5p?

We close at 3p to start our preparations for the dinner crowd. We offer different entrees for lunch and dinner and need some time to make the switch.
